Registration and Interview
- Once you have registered on line and we will then contact you to arrange an interview. We believe that this meeting is very valuable as it allows us to meet you in person and it gives you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any areas of concern.
- You will be asked to provide us with a list of documentation required to meet our vetting protocols. This list is available on the website, just click on the ’Useful Documents’ tab.
- You will be asked to provide the details of two referees and to submit an application form.
- We also require two passport photos and a current CV.
- During the interview all paperwork will be completed and depending on the status of your current Disclosure you may need to return for a follow up visit to show evidence your new Disclosure.
- We use the interview to discuss your experience and your career plans. Whether you are an NQT or recently retired, your reasons for choosing supply teaching as a career choice are relevant to your application.
- During the interview the expectations of schools regarding supply teachers and supply teaching are discussed at length and the interview is used as a form of induction.
- The safety and protection of children is of the highest priority to CCES and therefore your interview is also used to vet your application so that schools can feel confident that you are an appropriate person to work in their school.
- At the end of the interview process you will be given a Registration Pack which contains a Job Description, a Guidance and Advice Document and Salary Information etc.
- Once you all the vetting procedures are complete and you are fully registered, you will be able to set up your individual preferences and input your availability on our website calendar giving you complete control over your working week.
- All our registered teachers have a personalized web page designed to enable you to enter information that meets your individual needs.
